About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Atlassian's project management solutions for both technical and business teams. This position requires a strong understanding of agile project management and collaborative work management, along with the ability to create compelling technical content that resonates with IT, Engineering, and Business leaders. The role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to enhance Atlassian's market position in these areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of project management solutions for technical and business teams.
• Create compelling technical content including demos, videos, presentations, and blogs.
• Develop storytelling around cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Build trusted relationships with analysts and influencers through briefings and demos.
• Collaborate with product management and sales teams to shape product strategy.
• Work with stakeholders in Product, Design, and Marketing to prioritize content needs.
• Support analyst reports, GTM motions, campaigns, and Atlassian events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or product management.
• Strong communication skills and adept at presenting product value to IT buyers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in defining and delivering technical product marketing deliverables.
• Ability to create various types of content including videos, white papers, and enablement material.
• Experience with asset management, discovery, and configuration topics.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar software.
• Experience with Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar video editing tools.
• Familiarity with Atlassian solutions and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
