Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of project management solutions for technical and business teams.
• Create compelling technical content including demos, videos, presentations, blogs, and webinars.
• Develop storytelling around cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Build trusted relationships with analysts and influencers through briefings and demos.
• Collaborate with product management and sales teams to shape product strategy.
• Work with stakeholders in Product, Design, and Marketing to prioritize content needs.
• Support analyst reports, GTM motions, campaigns, and Atlassian events.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product marketing, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or product management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present product value to IT buyers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in defining and delivering technical product marketing deliverables.
• Ability to create various forms of content including videos, white papers, and enablement material.
• Experience working with product management and sales teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar software.
• Experience with asset management, discovery, and configuration topics.
• B2B marketing experience.
• Familiarity with video editing tools like Camtasia or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
