About the position

The Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager at Uniphore is responsible for evangelizing the company's products to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role involves expressing the technical capabilities of Uniphore's offerings through customer stories and collaborating with various teams to accelerate sales and product development. The manager will produce technical content, provide guidance for demonstrations, and represent Uniphore at industry events, all while ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain technical content such as demos, videos, workshops, tutorials, technical white papers, and demo day webinars
  • Provide technical guidance and support demonstrations for analyst report submissions and briefings
  • Represent Uniphore at industry events and trade shows
  • Support acceleration of the sales cycle by providing enablement tools to sales engineering
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams by providing technical input and anticipating technical product needs for future products
  • Train marketing teams on product specifications and functionalities
  • Contribute to marketing strategies by staying abreast of market trends and associated technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • Technical background or solid understanding of SaaS platforms, CCaaS vendors, and how technologies integrate with web services
  • Experience with AI/ML, including using APIs such as OpenAI and Hugging Face
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Python to showcase integrations to other platforms
  • Experience in video production, motion design, and editing with Adobe Creative Suite or other video editing tools
  • 2-3 years of experience developing demos, webinars, videos, technical collateral, etc.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to translate and prioritize end-user needs
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive narratives
  • Willing to travel up to 15% to attend trade shows
