About the position

The Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at MongoDB will focus on positioning the company as a leader in the developer data platform space. This role involves collaborating with various teams to strategize and execute marketing plans that resonate with developers, empowering sales and marketing teams with effective messaging, and creating compelling technical content. The position aims to enhance MongoDB's visibility and preference among developers, leveraging the company's innovative products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Developer Relations, Product Management, Partner Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to create and execute strategic plans.
• Empower Growth Marketing, Product-Led Growth, and Sales and Customer Success teams with effective positioning, messaging, and content.
• Build compelling technical content such as end-to-end solution stories, demos, tutorials, and conference presentations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and drive awareness of MongoDB's developer data platform with internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or developer relations, particularly with B2B SaaS or developer-facing products.
• Experience building GenAI/RAG/agentic AI applications or projects using leading LLM model providers and AI frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-quality technical content under tight deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree in Computer Science or completion of a coding bootcamp.
• Previous experience working for a database, developer tools, or cloud provider.
• Marketing experience related to GenAI.
