About the position

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Oracle, you will lead the capacity management for Oracle Database Public Cloud hardware, collaborating with various functional teams including engineering, product management, finance, product marketing, and sales. This role is pivotal in enhancing cloud adoption and transitioning customers from on-premises solutions to Oracle Cloud, providing visibility into cloud capacity management and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day capacity management for Oracle Database Public Cloud hardware.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, finance, product marketing, and sales teams.
• Work directly with customers to facilitate cloud adoption and transition.
• Analyze and improve cloud capacity management processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Enterprise Software/Cloud customer experience.
• Strong experience in capacity management or supply chain planning.
• Advanced PL/SQL skills with experience in complex data processing and analysis.
• Exceptional analytics and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to document requirements effectively.
• Excellent project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Product/technical experience with Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise, B2B Businesses.
• BS degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics/Science/Engineering.
