About the position

The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) at GFiber is responsible for leading projects related to Salesforce and Cloudbase applications, supporting the expansion strategy of GFiber. This role involves managing project execution from inception to completion, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables while fostering a culture of feedback and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Launch new programs based on business or customer needs and lead them through the execution phase.
• Coordinate technical teams to lead project execution and run sprints for development teams.
• Use technical judgment to ensure project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus.
• Manage geographically distributed teams.
• Take accountability for delivering the project deliverables on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in Program Management.
• 5 years of experience managing and working with cross-functional teams.
• 5 years of experience with delivering technical solutions.
• Experience in Salesforce or other cloud-based web applications.

Nice-to-haves

• 5 years of experience managing software projects in cloud and backend systems like BSS and OSS.
• Solution-oriented mindset demonstrated through previous experience solving technical problems.
• Ability to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $185,000 - $203,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits.
