As the Senior Program Manager, IT Business Operations within NVIDIA's global IT PMO team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing practices that measure and lead IT technology expenditures and investments. Your primary responsibility will be to create a framework that enhances visibility and analytics around IT's supplier network and overall performance. This position is pivotal in providing transparency to Senior IT leadership regarding application and business services that support all of NVIDIA's operations. In this role, you will mature the operating rhythms of IT by establishing methods and practices that connect technology investments to business value. You will drive the centralization of spend transparency, allowing for a comprehensive view of IT expenditures, which will enable informed decision-making regarding prioritization and trade-offs. Additionally, you will develop and deliver a model to document, collect, and report key unit cost metrics for business and IT leaders, measuring various categories of IT spending from enterprise applications to infrastructure. Regular reporting of critical metrics based on this model will be essential. You will also be responsible for producing various reports that provide visibility and performance measurement of IT spending. Furthermore, you will develop and deploy supplier performance management strategies, establishing a health assessment framework that includes performance scorecards and ongoing health assessments. This will provide transparency into IT's supplier network, including spend metrics and key performance indicators, while addressing gaps in sourcing strategy. Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of lab, office, or IT infrastructure enablement programs will be another key aspect of your role. You will develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives while coordinating project resources, managing risks, and resolving issues as they arise.
