About the position

NVIDIA is seeking a passionate Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join its Large Language Model (LLM) program, which is at the forefront of AI advancements. This role involves contributing to the entire machine learning lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and requires collaboration with research, engineering, and product management teams to build software solutions and execute roadmaps effectively.

Responsibilities

• Integral member of Large Language Model deployment and productization workflow
• Partner with research and engineering teams to build software solutions for NV SDK solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to deliver and execute roadmap
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and sprint review and retrospective meetings
• Assist with backlog grooming alongside engineering and product teams
• Utilize Jira dashboard for reporting and Confluence for program updates to core and leadership teams
• Work closely with engineering on various KPIs to enhance overall execution process and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of program management experience in a similar or related role
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Agile project management methodologies
• Experience with Jira to guide an engineering team in agile/scrum practices
• Ability to think long-term and build consensus for program success
• Experience in leading technical products from inception to large scale user adoption
• Consistent track record of collaboration across teams, customers, and partners

Nice-to-haves

• Deep understanding of software engineering principles
• Prior Program Management experience with Conversational AI or Large Language Models
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI principles
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools and processes
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or MBA
