About the position

The Senior Technical Program Manager for mShop Resiliency at Amazon is responsible for leading programs that enhance the customer experience with the Mobile Shopping App. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless transition of high-quality mobile app code from developers to users, maintaining high standards of excellence in user experience. The position involves managing complex cross-functional programs, overseeing beta testing initiatives, and driving quality standards among developers to achieve strategic organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the mShop Beta Program, overseeing execution and gathering feedback to enhance user experience and app performance.
• Drive Builder Quality Programs to establish and maintain high-quality standards for Amazon's native mShop developers.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the organization, contributing to OP1/OP2 narratives and ensuring strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
