Responsibilities

  • Project manage multiple product launches, owning the delivery schedule and coordination with dependent teams and ensuring there is clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Identify areas for improvement and help drive positive change in key parts of the launch process.
  • Partner with VP Product Launch to drive adoption of new practices.
  • Lead implementation of project management and communication tooling.
  • Drive and automate tracking of key launch metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a TPM or comparable role at a software company.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs involving multiple internal teams.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to deconstruct a task into actionable steps, capturing dependencies and capacity needs.
  • Precision in language and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain project velocity by anticipating issues, troubleshooting, and using influence.
  • Ability to run a highly effective meeting - clear agenda, excellent facilitation, ensuring decisions and actions are noted, shared, and tracked.
  • Effective change agent with strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of the full product and go-to-market lifecycle.
  • Rigorous and thorough approach to process creation and change management.
