In this position, the Senior Technical Program Manager will build strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring that the lifecycle of programs runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. With minimal direction from leadership, the manager will identify and manage technical dependencies for a program across product delivery teams, making recommendations and solutions to gain consensus on technical decisions to deliver high-quality results. Facilitating cross-functional meetings, such as scrum of scrums, and communicating program status to participants and stakeholders in both written and formal presentation formats are key responsibilities. The manager will apply modified methodologies or blended styles across cross-functional development teams to execute the program, which may include working with product delivery teams and collaborating with a traditional scrum master.
