About the position

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst with extensive experience in IT project management, business analysis, and software implementation. This role involves leading the planning and execution of application development projects, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and will be responsible for ensuring that all project goals are met within the specified time frame and budget. In this position, you will lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of application development projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, manage project scope, and mitigate risks effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies is essential, as is managing third-party vendors throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). Your role will also involve gathering and documenting business requirements, acting as the primary contact between IT, vendors, and business users, and working closely with business users to verify that requirements are met and assist with testing. Additionally, you will create UI mockups and designs to ensure they meet business needs, coordinate with third-party vendors for software design, customization, and support, and collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure seamless integration and operation of applications. Quality assurance and risk management will be a significant part of your responsibilities, overseeing testing processes to ensure applications function as intended, identifying and resolving issues during implementation, and managing potential risks. You will also develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful user adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, and software implementation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
  • Basic SQL skills (e.g., SELECT* queries).
  • Strong understanding of Agile SDLC processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
