About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager at Next Pathway is responsible for overseeing complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and technical knowledge, particularly in cloud technologies and data integration. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between clients and team members, manage project milestones, and drive process improvements across IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and program management for various projects
• Facilitate meetings with key staff from clients to gather requirements
• Prepare detailed project plans by phase
• Manage tasks of the entire team to ensure milestone completion
• Track and monitor project budget and consumption
• Prepare weekly status reports and identify and manage issues and risks
• Facilitate regular status meetings with team members and clients
• Facilitate operational efficiencies and remove impediments for the team
• Drive process improvements and alignment across IT teams

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing complex technical projects
• Technical familiarity with cloud technologies
• Knowledge of enterprise data warehouse concepts
• Experience with data integration pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• PMP, CSM certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
