About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead multiple Digital Solutions projects at Trinnex, focusing on the management and execution of complex projects related to water resource management and technology. This role involves coordinating with clients, overseeing cross-functional teams, evaluating project status, and ensuring financial performance while providing mentorship to junior project staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Digital Solutions projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Coordinate with clients and lead cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate project status and identify issues or risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track project scope, budget, deliverables, and timeline.
• Document and maintain records of project plan changes and updates.
• Monitor project resources and day-to-day planning to ensure deliverable timelines are met.
• Provide status updates and related reporting to ensure appropriate staffing of projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in hardware or software project structures and technology.
• Mentor junior project managers and provide feedback on their performance.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of related experience or equivalent additional directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Expert knowledge of Project Management Best Practices.
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to create project schedules and scope budgets for highly complex projects.
• Expert knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Expert knowledge of PMI standards and practices.
