About the position

The Project Manager role within Apple's Enterprise and Retail Network organization focuses on delivering exceptional services and solutions that enhance the user experience across Apple's infrastructure. This position requires a blend of individual initiative and collaborative teamwork to manage complex network engineering and deployment projects effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for balancing partner priorities, managing risks, and ensuring clear communication across various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as a full partner with internal and external teams to ensure project delivery.
• Balance conflicting partner priorities and address potential risks to project plans.
• Handle communications effectively to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
• Facilitate the delivery of sophisticated network solutions, understanding interdependencies and project timelines.
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements for documentation and tooling within the Project Management Office.
• Present project updates and information to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall project management experience.
• Proven experience in managing multiple independent and dependent projects in parallel.
• Experience in vendor management and team leadership.
• Ability to assess and mitigate risks and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated skill in presenting to all levels of an organization.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous network engineering or support experience.
• Experience in peer mentorship.
• Proficient in MacOS, iPad OS, and iOS.
• Familiarity with collaboration and efficiency applications such as MS Office and Wrike.
