About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager will oversee complex construction and renovation projects within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team at ASML. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. The position requires strong stakeholder management and technical expertise in facilities management and engineering problem-solving, with project budgets potentially reaching up to $100 million.

Responsibilities

  • Drive complex, multidisciplinary projects with a strong technical focus, following the CRE Building Generation Process (BGP).
  • Collaborate with departments such as Business Partnership, Facilities & Maintenance (F&M), and REDS to align on customer needs.
  • Ensure business continuity for ASML's production facilities by mitigating disruption during construction phases.
  • Promote and maintain safe, healthy, and environmentally secure conditions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the development and refinement of the BGP process by incorporating lessons learned from project execution.
  • Manage project financials, including budget tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee project scope, quality standards, and progress, providing clear, concise reports and updates.
  • Select and manage project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Facilities Management, or MEP Engineering.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in managing large-scale construction and renovation projects.
  • Experience in facilities management with an understanding of technical engineering solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Office, with familiarity in quality standards and legislation.
  • Knowledge of LEAN methodologies, PMBoK, and Prince2 is advantageous.
  • Strong technical acumen to guide technical project decisions.
