About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager for Loyalty Marketing at Epsilon will lead project management and implementation of various marketing campaigns, including email, text, gamification, and AI-enabled initiatives. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale programs while ensuring client requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for technical and delivery teams overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Write and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs) defining campaign audiences and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with account teams to develop detailed project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Lead internal campaign kickoffs and align teams on BRD requirements and timelines.
• Work with internal and external teams to define data needs and validate shared data accuracy.
• Identify issues and collaborate with teams to develop effective solutions.
• Develop and implement process improvements for workflow efficiency.
• Provide insights into program enhancements and optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of business analyst, project management, or campaign operations experience.
• Strong understanding of data systems, APIs, databases, and technical workflows.
• Expertise in writing clear and comprehensive BRDs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with CRM, loyalty programs, and the auto industry.
