About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager for SAP Business AI will be part of the central SAP AI Development Unit, focusing on the adoption of SAP Business AI solutions to enhance customer business results through machine learning technology. This role involves close collaboration with development teams and customers, leading projects that leverage machine learning to deliver high-value outcomes. The position emphasizes a dynamic, interdisciplinary, and intercultural team environment, fostering personal development and knowledge sharing in the field of machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in adopting SAP Business AI solutions to improve business results.
• Collaborate with development teams and customers to achieve high value propositions.
• Lead teams to successful project outcomes in the context of Machine Learning Technology.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Machine Learning and share knowledge with others.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science.
• 3 or more years of relevant work experience.
• Good overview of Machine Learning trends and technology, including Generative AI and LLM.
• Experience in implementing Machine Learning solutions and platforms.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning Programming Frameworks, such as TensorFlow or scikit.
• Programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, Jupyter Notebook, and ABAP (good to have).
• Database knowledge and web/cloud computing knowledge.
• Ideally familiar with SAP applications and technologies (S/4 HANA and BTP) and/or SAP systems integrations.
• Customer engagement and implementation experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP applications and technologies (S/4 HANA and BTP).
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
