About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager at Enlightened is responsible for leading technical teams and overseeing the execution of technical projects. This role focuses on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Support the implementation of internal technical solutions and environments.
• Lead organizational structures such as CMMI and process improvements.
• Lead and support AWS and Cloud initiatives.
• Provide management duties to Project Managers of technical projects.
• Facilitate technical architectural discussions in support of proposals and partnerships.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Manage multiple efforts simultaneously with strong time management skills.
• Exhibit leadership and initiative in project execution.
• Maintain professionalism and manage stress effectively.
• Utilize strong emotional intelligence in team interactions.

Requirements

• 6 years of demonstrable experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• AWS Certification is highly desired, with a clear understanding of the AWS platform and its services.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, with knowledge of Microsoft Azure as acceptable.
• Background in Software Development, DevOps, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience managing various contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF).
• Experience managing highly technical teams and understanding associated capabilities and technology/tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Project.
• Experience in Business Development Proposal Support as a Tech Subject Matter Expert.
• Knowledge of System Engineering, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Practices, and Cloud Solutions.
