Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets while optimizing resource allocation.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies to keep projects on track and teams aligned.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and workflows within Azure DevOps, promoting DevOps principles.
• Coach and mentor team members, addressing roadblocks and fostering continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, providing clear project updates and managing expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong technical background with expertise in DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with heavy technology components.
