About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for driving innovation and ensuring the successful execution of projects from conceptualization to deployment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline creation, and risk assessment.
  • Possess a deep understanding of technical concepts and methodologies to provide valuable insights and make informed decisions.
  • Assemble and manage high-performing project teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors, effectively communicating project progress and addressing concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet defined standards and deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional technical projects.
  • Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Knowledge of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
