About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager at LifePoint Health is responsible for leading and managing multiple technology development projects from initiation through delivery. This role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to establish project teams, ensuring that all project objectives and requirements are met while providing guidance and support to team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects/programs and tasks for various teams under tight deadlines using strong project management skills.
• Create, maintain, and manage project implementation documents including charters, schedules, RAID logs, Gantt charts, and governance plans.
• Drive the gathering of required data from end-users and stakeholders to create technical specifications and workflow mappings.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, managing meetings and escalating risks as necessary.
• Compile and maintain project document repositories and support team members in using deliverable templates.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members and foster relationships with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a graduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, including managing cross-functional teams.
• Current PMP Certification preferred.
