Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within allocated timeframes and budgets
• Collaborate closely with relevant parties to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while understanding project requirements
• Create and manage project plans, including resources, setting timelines, and achieving key objectives
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate and communicate project progress, status, and updates to important individuals involved in the project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions into existing systems
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building solid relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrable experience in leading multiple technical projects simultaneously including; physical data center builds, migrations, and deployments
• Proficient understanding of project management methodologies and effective approaches including Scrum
• Ability to strictly adhere to project management principles and guidelines
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly determine and implement effective solutions
