About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of an Airtable implementation for a technology-driven client. This role requires collaboration with various teams across the organization to align project goals and deliverables, ensuring efficient resource management and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, implementation, and successful delivery of an Airtable implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including IT, Product Management, and HR.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project resources, including teams, budgets, and third-party vendors.
  • Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track project progress and report to senior leadership.
  • Ensure quality and reliability of supply chain processes and mobile app features through rigorous testing.
  • Drive change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
  • Proven experience utilizing Airtable and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Monday.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with beauty or retail industry practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
