We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from concept through to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical, Optical, or Mechanical Engineering, with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the successful execution of technical projects, and achieving organizational objectives on time and within budget. This role requires someone with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to navigate both technical and business challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead, plan, and execute multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing project updates, mitigating risks, and addressing concerns.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Manage project resources, ensuring the right talent and tools are available for project success.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and generate reports on project status, milestones, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, are compliant with regulatory requirements, and fulfill customer expectations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Optical, or Mechanical Engineering (required).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and experience in managing complex technical projects related to electrical, optical, or mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive project success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000/year (depending on education level and experience)
