The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical, Optical, or Mechanical Engineering, with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the successful execution of technical projects, and achieving organizational objectives on time and within budget. This role requires someone with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to navigate both technical and business challenges in a fast-paced environment.
