About the position

The Senior Technical Project Manager will oversee multiple technology projects in a dynamic, start-up-like environment, ensuring timely delivery from ideation to production. This role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, promoting transparency, and providing executive-level reporting on project health.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple technology projects in parallel across cross-functional teams.
• Break down projects into component parts, identifying risks and dependencies and tracking to closure.
• Clarify team priorities, goals, and deliverables timelines.
• Promote ongoing alignment, transparency, and visibility on project health to key stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level reporting material on a regular/ongoing cadence.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes across SDLC, controls, business cases, etc.
• Limited amounts of vendor management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects from ideation to production.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering/technical teams experience.
• Experience managing globally dispersed project teams.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management, and modern project management tools including Jira.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with past experience directly interacting and presenting to executive leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• Past experience as a software developer or a hands-on technical SME is a major plus but not a must-have.
• Experience managing and delivering AI projects is a major plus but not a must-have.
