About the position

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Anduril Industries, you will play a crucial role in the company's talent management strategy, focusing on recruiting for both software and hardware positions within the Imaging Division. This hands-on position requires collaboration with business leaders to define hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company's rapid growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, tracking, and maintaining a high volume of candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while communicating with stakeholders.
  • Establish trust and partnership with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables.
  • Build strong operating rhythms with cross-functional stakeholders to manage company growth.
  • Understand product positioning, technical roadmap, and team culture to effectively pitch opportunities to candidates.
  • Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop recruiting strategies that contribute to long-term company growth and implement best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools for candidate management.
  • Conduct interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences to improve interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Engage passive candidates using various sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and promote internal DEI efforts.
  • Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
  • 4+ years of client interaction experience with Hiring Managers and Directors.
  • Experience working with government contractors, DOD agencies, and IC agencies.
  • Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills required for Engineering positions.
  • Effective communication skills to understand candidate motivations and fit.
  • Experience managing candidate funnels and tracking progress throughout the recruitment process.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing avenues and techniques.
  • Deep network of talent within software and hardware engineering.
