About the position

Attentive® is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This role is crucial for scaling our Engineering and Product teams in San Francisco. As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle within our engineering department, which includes sourcing, identifying, and converting qualified candidates into hires. You will ensure a smooth, candidate-first process throughout, emphasizing the importance of attracting top talent, which is one of our most valuable assets. In this position, you will embed yourself in the San Francisco tech market to help build our newly formed Automation team. You will develop creative sourcing strategies to proactively engage with potential candidates, report on the effectiveness of these strategies, and provide insights to the hiring team regarding market trends and candidate feedback. Maintaining and nurturing a pipeline of leads will be essential, as you will identify future opportunities that align with candidates' experiences and interests. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency and resourcefulness, demonstrating the ability to research and ask questions to overcome challenges. With a focus on collaboration, you will work closely with the EPD recruiting team of 11, contributing to our collective success and ensuring that we continue to attract the best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally across multiple technologies.
  • Proven success in identifying, engaging, and closing technical talent for high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage day-to-day activities and pipelines effectively.
  • Resourceful with the ability to research and solve problems.
