About the position

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders and individual contributors to define hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for software and hardware positions.
  • Utilize autonomy and tools to execute recruitment strategies effectively.
  • Handle high levels of ownership in all aspects of recruiting.
  • Support the growth of Anduril's team by identifying and attracting top talent.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical recruiting, particularly in startup or tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware roles, especially in defense technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion technologies.
  • Familiarity with military or defense industry recruiting.
  • Previous experience in a contract recruiting role.
