Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team on a 6-month contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in our talent management strategy as we continue to grow rapidly. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with sourcers and engineering leaders to define the hiring needs of the company. You will be empowered with the autonomy and tools necessary to execute our strategy for building and developing a world-class team at Anduril. We are looking for a candidate who is capable of managing every aspect of the recruiting process and is excited to be part of a small team where no task is too big or too small. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in various prospecting techniques and tools, including information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, and candidate management. You will conduct interviews with potential candidates, demonstrating your ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and achieve high interview-to-offer ratios. Engaging passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, utilizing Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also drive diverse talent into the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Building talent maps to generate market insights will inform your engagement strategy, and you will represent the company's brand and recruiting team both internally and externally. Your role will require clear and effective communication with candidates to understand their motivations and fit within the organization. You will manage various funnels of candidates, keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process, and you should be self-sufficient, able to work with minimal direct supervision.
