About the position

The Senior Technical Recruiter for the Product team at Verkada will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and closing talented professionals to join the rapidly growing Product organization. This position involves managing the full-cycle recruiting process and collaborating closely with the SVP of Product to ensure the team attracts top talent across various roles, including Product Managers and MBA interns. The recruiter will also contribute to improving hiring strategies and processes as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source passive talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver offers, and close top candidates
• Develop relationships with the Product team and contribute expertise on effective hiring strategies
• Make compelling presentations to candidates about Verkada and the Product team
• Organize and host remote and on-campus University Recruiting events
• Partner with teammates to improve hiring processes as the company scales

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university
• 7+ years of successful full-cycle technical recruiting
• Consistently able to generate a well-targeted and high-quality candidate pipeline for complex roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing timely and transparent communication
• Ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers using a data-driven approach
• Adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
• Commitment to excellence and top performance

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience recruiting for Product roles in complex B2B product companies
• Experience and interest in University Recruiting for building a pipeline of top MBA candidates
• Knowledge of Greenhouse, Covey, and GoodTime
