About The Position
As a Senior Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will help build the team that shapes the company’s future products and trajectory. At Verkada, our decentralized recruiting approach means you'll be immersed in the Product team and foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. You will gain a deep understanding of the team dynamics and develop expertise in the market for PM. This role demands a proactive sourcing strategy to build a pipeline of specialized product talent. You will recruit for a variety of positions across the Product organization and all levels of Product Managers and leaders.
