About the position

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for technology roles within Cox Enterprises' RapidScale business. This position requires expertise in recruiting for various technology positions, from individual contributors to director-level roles, and emphasizes the importance of fostering an inclusive and empowered work culture. The recruiter will act as a subject matter expert, influencing recruitment strategies and driving process innovation through the adoption of new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting for technology hiring across the United States.
  • Act as a culture champion, promoting an inclusive and empowered work environment.
  • Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights on recruitment practices.
  • Influence recruitment strategies and coach hiring managers for better decision-making.
  • Deliver high-level service and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Make autonomous decisions in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Champion the adoption of emerging recruiting technologies to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field; a master's degree and 2 years' experience; or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience recruiting for technology, data science, or software development roles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with various ATS and CRMs (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Beamery).
  • Experience leading recruiting team members.
  • Experience recruiting in the MSP and/or Cloud Industry.
