About the position

Recruiting from Scratch is a talent firm that focuses on placing the best candidates for our clients. Our team operates 100% remotely and collaborates with teams across North America, South America, and Europe to assist them in their hiring needs. We are currently expanding our RPO / Embedded business and are seeking motivated Technical Recruiters to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our clients at Recruiting from Scratch, helping them build out their teams effectively. As a Technical Recruiter, you will have high impact and wide-ranging responsibilities, including owning the full-cycle recruiting process, driving hiring strategies, leading new searches for client teams, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. We are looking for someone who is a builder, thrives in a learning environment, adapts to new roles and clients, takes initiative, and is reliable while being a great teammate. While this role can be performed remotely, there may be occasions where you will need to be in the office at our clients' locations, either in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our clients to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit their headcount goals.
  • Build a great pipeline of candidates quickly for hard-to-find technical roles.
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to RFS business leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Work closely with external teams to manage, coordinate, and run a great recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in-house experience.
  • Ability to build an amazing candidate experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
  • Proven abilities to attract passive technical candidates.
  • An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; enjoy making sense of trends and using insights to improve processes.
  • A growth mindset and flexibility to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
