Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience handling high volume recruitment
• Ability to manage top talent and provide a seamless candidate experience
• Experience solving complex recruiting problems through creativity and innovation
• Proficiency in utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
• Experience with data and metrics to derive insights and tell stories
• Startup mentality and openness to thinking outside the box
