Hanson Professional Services is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and personable senior technical recruiter to work closely with the HR department and management team with a heavy emphasis on filling positions for the company nationwide. This position may be remote for the right candidate, but candidates must be located in the following states: IL, FL, TX, IN, MO, or NC. The senior technical recruiter will be responsible for facilitating best-in-class sourcing, interview and selection, and onboarding processes. This role requires executing customized recruitment strategies that will support our growth and developing, driving, and executing on inclusive staffing programs across all offices while driving continuous improvement and increased efficiency. The senior technical recruiter is a natural collaborator with cross-functional teams and ensures success by being a subject matter expert on methodologies for sourcing highly specialized roles within several civil engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate must maintain an exceptional record of recruiting accomplishments, be proactive, and thrive in complex matrixed environments. This position is crucial for achieving required staffing levels and identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting tools, participating in annual workforce planning, and meeting with hiring managers to develop role-specific recruiting plans. In addition, the senior technical recruiter will oversee all aspects of the recruiting life cycle, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and processes, and will be responsible for researching, analyzing, preparing, and presenting hiring and recruiting metrics. The role also involves collaborating with leaders to determine appropriate salaries and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience while demonstrating knowledge of all applicable employment laws and the Hanson employee value proposition.
