The Senior Technical Recruiter will work closely with the HR department and management team, focusing on filling positions nationwide. While this position may be remote for the right candidate, applicants must reside in one of the following states: IL, FL, TX, IN, MO, or NC. The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for facilitating best-in-class sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes. This role involves executing customized recruitment strategies that support our growth and developing, driving, and executing inclusive staffing programs across all offices. The Senior Technical Recruiter will also drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency in recruitment processes. As a natural collaborator, this individual will work with cross-functional teams and ensure success by being a subject matter expert on methodologies for sourcing highly specialized roles within various civil engineering disciplines. A strong record of recruiting accomplishments, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in complex, matrixed environments are essential for this position.
