Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary significantly, reflecting the dynamic nature of the recruitment industry. You may find yourself sourcing candidates for urgent job openings, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Monster, or tapping into your professional network for referrals. Engaging with industry professionals at networking events will also be part of your role, allowing you to share insights and stay updated on market trends. Additionally, you will conduct market research to provide clients with valuable information regarding salary benchmarks, ensuring that their compensation packages are competitive and attractive to potential candidates. When a candidate successfully secures a position, you will have the rewarding task of delivering the good news and guiding them through the offer and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates for various IT positions using platforms like LinkedIn and Monster.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in IT recruiting, with full desk experience being a strong plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and candidate fit.
