Engaging with industry professionals at networking events will also be part of your role, allowing you to share insights and stay updated on market trends. Additionally, you will conduct market research to provide clients with valuable information regarding salary benchmarks, ensuring that their compensation packages are competitive and attractive to potential candidates. When a candidate successfully secures a position, you will have the rewarding task of delivering the good news and guiding them through the offer and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• 6 years of experience in IT recruiting, with full desk experience being a strong plus.

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and candidate fit.
