The Senior Technical Recruiter at NetJets plays a pivotal role in leading and managing the recruitment process for technical roles within the organization. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with hiring managers and business partners to attract, screen, and hire top talent. The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective hiring process through innovative sourcing strategies, data management, and continuous process improvement. Additionally, this role involves mentoring team members to enhance overall recruitment capabilities, thereby contributing to the development of a high-performing recruitment team. With a strong understanding of technology profiles and tech stacks, the Senior Technical Recruiter excels in recruiting for technical roles. This includes building and maintaining a robust candidate network through personal connections, industry organizations, educational institutions, and social media platforms. The recruiter will also focus on providing a high-touch, engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring positive interactions at every stage. The role encompasses strategic recruitment and sourcing strategies, where the Senior Technical Recruiter will build and sustain strong relationships with hiring managers to devise and implement effective recruitment strategies. This includes ensuring the delivery of diverse and qualified candidate slates, maintaining regular follow-ups to align staffing plans with organizational needs, and advising hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends. The recruiter will also utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS tools to ensure accurate record-keeping for all recruitment activities and employment decisions, providing pipeline updates and adhering to recruiter KPIs. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the Senior Technical Recruiter will serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment best practices, technology utilization, and process improvement. This includes mentoring and guiding team members to foster their professional development and enhance recruitment efficiency. The recruiter will also be responsible for negotiating complex offers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both candidates and the organization, while maintaining a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to build a diverse talent pool.
