As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Formlabs, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business by partnering with leaders across various departments to identify and attract exceptional talent. Your primary focus will be on full-cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a wide range of positions, including technical roles in engineering, marketing, sales, and services. You will be responsible for providing a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction from initial communication to final resolution is positive and engaging. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to recommend and implement improvements to our recruiting practices, helping to enhance and scale our processes as we continue to grow. Training hiring managers on effective networking and hiring strategies will be a key part of your responsibilities, as we believe that everyone should be involved in helping us build our teams. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in technical recruiting, with experience in navigating applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Gem, and proficiency in Google Sheets. You should be comfortable recruiting for engineering roles and have a bias for action, with a solution-oriented mindset. A deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to engage with passive and diverse talent is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills to craft effective messaging to candidates. Additionally, you will be expected to leverage data to track results and improve processes, while also executing employer branding projects to enhance our company's presence in the job market.
