The Senior Technical Recruiter at Formlabs, Inc. plays a crucial role in building high-performing teams by engaging in full-cycle recruiting across various departments. This position focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent, particularly in technical roles, while enhancing the overall recruiting practices and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the business by partnering with leaders to find talent passionate about delivering results.
• Engage in full-cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial communication to final resolution.
• Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale overall recruiting practices.
• Train hiring managers on networking and effective hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Full-cycle technical recruiting experience, from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating offers.
• Comfortable navigating an ATS (Greenhouse), CRM (Gem), and Google Sheets.
• Experience recruiting for engineering roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft effective messaging to candidates.
• Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to engage with passive and diverse talent.
• Data-oriented approach to track results and improve processes.
