About the position

The Senior Technical Recruiter at Kandji will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top technical talent for the company's rapidly growing teams. This position involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, executing the full recruiting process, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates. The recruiter will work closely with the VP of Talent and the larger Operations Teams to support Kandji's mission of managing and securing Apple devices in the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Team and hiring managers across technical and R&D groups to craft a strategy and sourcing plan to reach top talent.
  • Execute the recruiting process end to end, moving a high volume of candidates through the interview stages with urgency and attention to detail.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of candidates, calibrating with hiring leaders to anticipate their preferences.
  • Research and present innovative sourcing solutions for technical and niche requirements.
  • Utilize all sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamable, to attract top talent and maintain communication throughout the process.
  • Build candidate pipelines and foster relationships with passive and active candidates.
  • Partner with the People Team to create and implement new recruiting practices for local and international hiring.
  • Provide weekly report updates on all open positions.
  • Recommend Talent strategies that contribute to the long-term growth of the R&D organization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment or an agency that partners with SaaS clients.
  • Experience supporting software engineering positions in a startup or hyper-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for highly technical roles and maintaining pipelines of candidates.
  • Experience implementing sourcing strategies aligned with DE&I initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure open lines of communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage requisitions across multiple departments simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and adjust to business needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in driving results in a data-driven environment.
