About the position

As a Senior Technical Writer at SentinelOne, you will play a vital role in supporting the product team with a focus on AI-driven cybersecurity solutions. Your responsibilities will include crafting comprehensive documentation such as release notes, user procedures, and innovative formats tailored to the unique features of AI. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to enhance documentation processes and standards, ultimately improving the clarity and usability of our documentation for both internal and external users.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product team with a focus on innovative cybersecurity solutions.
• Plan, research, and document features using a topic-based method.
• Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Product Management teams for research.
• Write error-free release notes and admin guides according to the style guide.
• Create integrated and consistent deliverables with the Product Documentation team.
• Innovate for constant improvement in documentation processes.
• Create videos of procedures to enhance user understanding.
• Share the load on team projects for quick releases and quality updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a technical writer in English.
• Graduate of a technical writing course.
• Ability to learn quickly and produce quality documentation.
• Consistent self-tracking of progress and tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cybersecurity and/or AI.
