Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant - (Product Analyst) in Wells Fargo Auto as part of the Consumer Lending. In this role, you will assist in the modernization of processes, products, and systems. Your responsibilities will include gathering and conducting data analysis, researching the payment environment within the industry, providing product consultation and influence, and documenting customer experiences and processes. This position is crucial for leading or participating in technology initiatives that address simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems. You will contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost-effective and meet relevant business requirements. As a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant, you will evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction to resolve complex business problems. You will partner with business and technology teams to evaluate these challenges and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions. Acting as an internal consultant, you will utilize quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes. Collaboration and consultation with business and technology teams will be essential to evaluate and resolve issues, ensuring effective communication and information flow between teams. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. However, it is important to note that this position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship, and relocation assistance is not available. The role is based in Charlotte, NC, with additional locations in Chandler, AZ, and Irving, TX.
