The Senior Technology Implementation Professional is responsible for delivering technological solutions that align with business needs and enterprise objectives. This role involves analyzing complex issues, gathering and documenting business requirements, influencing system design, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives. The position requires a high level of independence in decision-making and strategy influence within the department.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business system and functional requirements.
• Influence system design to optimize support.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, and operational readiness.
• Transition projects to the appropriate production support team.
• Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies.
• Experience in business analysis and data architecture, including artifacts development.
• Experience in problem solving and consultation within complex environments.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
