About the position

The Senior Technology Solutions Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for managing and facilitating vendor management activities and contract lifecycles for Technology Solutions products and services. This role involves leading vendor governance, optimizing vendor relationships, and providing strategic guidance on vendor management processes. The analyst will also manage Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Proposals (RFP) processes, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate vendor management activities and contract lifecycles for Technology Solutions products and services.
• Provide strategic leadership on building vendor management activities and optimizing vendor relationships.
• Establish and maintain internal policies, standards, processes, and templates for vendor management.
• Lead vendor governance, oversight, and performance strategy.
• Develop and maintain requirements for reporting, vendor scorecards, dashboards, and performance measurements.
• Manage and facilitate periodic business review meetings between vendors and product owners.
• Establish processes and controls for contract negotiations to enhance value and minimize risk.
• Initiate, develop, and manage documentation for RFI and RFP processes for Technology Solutions strategies, products, and services.
• Review department purchase order requests for compliance with procedures and budget criteria.
• Collaborate with grants and legal teams to ensure compliance with federal grant requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in contract and RFI/RFP administration desired.
