About the position

The Senior Territory Sales Manager (STSM) at OCuSOFT, Inc. is responsible for promoting and selling eye care products to Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, and Opticians. This role involves delivering medical samples, literature, and engaging directly with healthcare providers to market prescription products. The STSM will work primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend commitments for trade shows or conferences. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning about the products being sold.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver medical samples, coupons, literature, and other information to healthcare providers.
  • Engage with doctors, staff, and purchasers to sell products directly into practices.
  • Market a variety of prescription products to patients and providers.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences as needed, including occasional weekend work.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of eye care sales experience required.
  • Ability to travel overnight (up to 25%).
  • Reside within a 30-45 minute commute to Cincinnati.
  • Organized with good communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and independently.
  • A college degree is appreciated but not required.
