About the position

The position involves managing a set of dealerships to achieve various business parameters such as volumes, market share, collections, deliveries, and spare parts sales. The role requires ensuring a viable distribution network by appointing dealers and sub-dealers for appropriate market coverage. Additionally, the position entails ensuring the availability of trained manpower at dealerships and facilitating the implementation of various systems like MSS and Panchatantra. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the availability of appropriate service infrastructure and driving the implementation of service systems to improve customer satisfaction. The execution of local level sales promotion campaigns and product launches is also part of the role. Training dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes, as well as new product features and modifications, is essential. The candidate will track competitor activities and capture feedback on the performance of both competitor and company products. Designing and implementing specific incentive schemes for dealers and liaising with financial institutions for exploring new avenues for retail financing of products are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability of appropriate service infrastructure and drive implementation of service systems for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Execute events like local level sales promotion campaigns and product launches.
  • Train dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes, new product features/modifications.
  • Track competitor activities and capture feedback on performance of competitor and company products.
  • Design and implement specific incentive schemes for dealers.
  • Liaison with financial institutions/banks for exploring new avenues for retail financing of products.

Requirements

  • Engineering graduate with about 4 to 7 years' experience or Diploma holder with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience.
