About the position

The Senior Territory Sales Manager at Tempur-Pedic North America LLC is responsible for representing the company and its product portfolio to high-value retail customers. This role focuses on driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving predetermined sales goals. The position requires strategic planning and collaboration with both customers and internal sales associates to implement effective training and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-value retail customers.
  • Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
  • Build productive relationships with each company's key decision makers.
  • Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.
  • Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers' relevant employees.
  • Ensure that all the customers' needs and expectations are met.
  • Regularly evaluate customers' sales performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in sales is required.
