About The Position
The Senior Test Engineer will design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing methods for analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor products. This role involves collaboration with the IC design team to understand design specifications and DFT proposals, creating test programs in C language, debugging and validating silicon on ATE, and designing test interface hardware for ATE. The engineer will also focus on innovating to improve the robustness of test solutions and reduce testing costs, while supporting and enhancing production tests for multiple products.
